◆ The waterfall of Rouget . Conservation Area. Nicknamed the Queen of the Alps and labeled «The most beautiful waterfall in France in 2009», this 100 m fall that flows all year round, is fed by the Torrent de Sales before it jumps into the Giffre des Fonts. Accessible by a motorized road.
◆ The Cirque du Fer à Cheval.Conservation Area. Gigantic cirque of 4 to 5 km in diameter whose steep walls reach 500 to 700 m in height per place. It is the largest mountain circus in the Alps.
◆ Le Bout du Monde. Conservation Area. Cirque located beyond the Cirque du Fer à Cheval, under the glaciers of Ruan and Prazon. It is accessible to all by the bottom of the combe. The Giffre takes its source. Numerous waterfalls.
